Plan and develop social media campaigns that reflect the corporate’s and clients’ brand identities.
Responsible for creating consistent, engaging & meaningful content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Responds to questions and comments in a timely and appropriate manner.
Conduct performance tracking and optimization regularly with appropriate data analytical tools to boost social media posts and increase following.
Preparing monthly reports on the conditions of social media marketing efforts.
Ensure all current social media posts, stories, videos & other digital content are quality-checked and well-designed.
Keep an eye on the latest social media trends, best practices and techniques.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management or equivalent. Solid understanding of the best practices and technologies for various social media platforms including analytics analysis. Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Creative thinker with good interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin). Able to independently with minimum supervision. Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and able to work in a team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
