Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities :

✓  Responsible for administering HR matters including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, employees’ benefits, and performance management practices.
✓  Manage monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and forecast for staff cost.
✓  Facilitate all recruitment, orientation, and on-boarding activities.
✓  Handle payroll operations including payroll calculations and allowances.
✓  Review and update employee handbook, organization chart if necessary.
✓  Provide care and support for employee’s engagement and welfare activities.

Requirements :

✓  Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
✓  Good knowledge of Malaysia labour legislation (employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
✓  Good interpersonal and organization skills with attention to details.
✓  Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin).
✓  A good leader, positive attitude, mission-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
✓  Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and able to work in a team.
