Responsible for administering HR matters including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, employees’ benefits & performance management.
Manage monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and forecast for staff cost.
Facilitate all recruitment, orientation, and on-boarding activities.
Handle payroll operations including payroll calculations and allowances.
Review and update employee handbook, organization chart if necessary. Provide care and support for employee’s engagement and welfare activities.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent. Good knowledge of Malaysia labour legislation (employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance). Good interpersonal and organization skills with attention to details. Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin). A good leader, positive attitude, mission-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and able to work in a team.
