Job Description
  • Act as the primary contact for SEO clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to SEO specialists, content writers, and technical team members.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and analyses to monitor client website performance and growth.
  • Provide insightful SEO performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and adherence to best SEO practices.
  • Stay informed on industry changes and proactively adjust client strategies accordingly.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining high client retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Support the sales team in creating proposals and attending meetings for potential new clients.
  • Facilitate internal knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team performance and SEO expertise.
Responsibilities
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing client accounts, preferably in an SEO or digital marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret SEO performance metrics and communicate insights clearly.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with various internal departments.
  • Bonus if the candidate has a strong knowledge of SEO and experience with other digital marketing channels (SEM, PPC, social media).
