Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales contracts, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to guide product and service enhancements.
  • Maximize resource utilization to achieve revenue targets while maintaining cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
