Sales Executives (Internship)
Responsibilities :
Research and build prospect lists; conduct cold outreach via email/LinkedIn and occasional calls.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads; book and confirm discovery meetings/demos.
Prepare pitch decks, meeting agendas, and follow-up emails; tailor proposals/quotations to client needs.
Support live/online demos and presentations; take structured notes and track action items.
Maintain accurate CRM records (companies, contacts, stages, next steps) and produce simple weekly reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that generate leads for web design & digital marketing services.
Assist with basic tender/RFP tasks (document collation, requirement checklists, timelines).
Capture client feedback and market/competitor insights to improve messaging and offerings.
Shadow senior reps on negotiations and closing to learn best-practice sales techniques.
Uphold a professional, helpful experience for prospects and clients at every touchpoint.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong interest in B2B solution selling (web design, digital marketing, and software).
Clear written and verbal communication; confident reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn/email.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks with deadlines.
Eager to learn lead generation, outreach, qualification, and sales funnel management.
Able to commit at least 3 months (preferably 6 months).
Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
Bonus: Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) & AI.
