Sales Executives (Internship)

Responsibilities :

tick   Research and build prospect lists; conduct cold outreach via email/LinkedIn and occasional calls.
tick   Qualify inbound and outbound leads; book and confirm discovery meetings/demos.
tick   Prepare pitch decks, meeting agendas, and follow-up emails; tailor proposals/quotations to client needs.
tick   Support live/online demos and presentations; take structured notes and track action items.
tick   Maintain accurate CRM records (companies, contacts, stages, next steps) and produce simple weekly reports.
tick   Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that generate leads for web design & digital marketing services.
tick   Assist with basic tender/RFP tasks (document collation, requirement checklists, timelines).
tick   Capture client feedback and market/competitor insights to improve messaging and offerings.
tick   Shadow senior reps on negotiations and closing to learn best-practice sales techniques.
tick   Uphold a professional, helpful experience for prospects and clients at every touchpoint.

Requirements :

tick   Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
tick   Strong interest in B2B solution selling (web design, digital marketing, and software).
tick   Clear written and verbal communication; confident reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn/email.
tick   Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks with deadlines.
tick   Eager to learn lead generation, outreach, qualification, and sales funnel management.
tick    Able to commit at least 3 months (preferably 6 months).
tick    Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
tick    Bonus: Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) & AI.
