Job Description

RakanSales is a CRM SaaS product by VeecoTech, designed to help SMEs manage their leads, automate repetitive tasks, and grow their business more efficiently.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound leads and convert them into paying customers through effective follow-up and demos
  2. Proactively source new leads via calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels
  3. Manage the full sales cycle: qualify → demo → propose → negotiate → close
  4. Conduct product presentations and clearly communicate RakanSales value to business owners
  5. Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline
  6. Participate in events, roadshows, and networking sessions to generate new opportunities
  7. Follow up consistently with prospects to increase conversion rates
  8. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  9. Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM (pipeline, deals, activities)
  10. Track performance and report on sales metrics and insights
Requirements
  1. 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, software, or B2B sales
  2. Proven ability to close deals, not just generate leads
  3. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  4. Confident in presenting to business owners and decision-makers
  5. Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
  6. Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working with targets
  7. Experience using CRM tools is an advantage
