Job Description
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email, advertising to promote the company’s services, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate social media campaigns, brand activations, and promotional activities.
  • Grow new business demand, nurture sales-qualified leads, drive repeat sales.
  • Support internal branding efforts, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for marketing-related projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product offerings and capabilities, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare marketing proposals, strategies, and campaign plans tailored to business needs.
  • Participate in client or stakeholder meetings to provide marketing insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in refining marketing SOPs to improve workflow, service offerings, and overall efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years in a marketing role
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining brand identity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative and detail-oriented with a creative approach to marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
