Job Description
  • Write compelling, SEO-optimised content tailored to clients’ industries, target audiences, and objectives. This includes website copy, blog articles, marketing materials, and ad campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to produce accurate, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword integration, meta descriptions, and internal linking, to improve organic search rankings.
  • Develop advertising copy that drives conversions across various digital platforms, including social media, search ads, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the SEO and marketing teams to optimize existing content for better search performance and audience engagement.
  • Proofread, edit, and refine content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Refresh and update website content regularly based on SEO insights and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and marketing strategists to develop effective content strategies.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas for content creation and campaign messaging.
Responsibilities
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of how to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive copy.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on SEO trends, content marketing strategies, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.
  • Bonus if you can write professionally in Mandarin, Malay, and/or Tamil.
