Job Description
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies aimed at generating marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging, SEO-friendly content for the company’s blog, social media platforms, newsletters, and website.
  • Oversee and optimise social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics reporting.
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content development, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the SEO team to ensure alignment of all content with SEO best practices and Google EEAT guidelines.
  • Conduct keyword research and content gap analyses to continuously refine content strategies for lead generation.
  • Analyze and report regularly on content performance metrics, social media insights, and email marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal and external creators, editors, and designers to produce high-quality content consistently while also utilising Gen AI and prompts to create content creation processes.
  • Stay informed of emerging content marketing, social media, and email marketing trends to innovate and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilise storytelling and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen the company’s market position and attract qualified leads.
Responsibilities
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing. Bonus if experienced in social media management and email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with content analytics tools and social media platforms management (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to refine strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and creative with strong organisational skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CMS like WordPress is preferred.
  • Bonus if proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and/or Tamil.
