Job Description

RakanSales is an AI-powered CRM SaaS by VeecoTech, helping SMEs capture leads, automate follow-ups, and improve sales performance.

This internship is designed for students who want hands-on exposure to both marketing and business development, learning how SaaS products go to market and grow.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in generating leads through research, social media, and outreach activities
  2. Support marketing campaigns including content creation, social media, and email campaigns
  3. Help identify potential target industries and business opportunities
  4. Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and simple proposals
  5. Engage with prospects through initial outreach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email)
  6. Support event planning, roadshows, and exhibitions
  7. Maintain and update lead information in CRM system
  8. Conduct basic market and competitor research
  9. Assist in analysing campaign performance and lead conversion data
  10. Assist in converting qualified leads into customers under guidance from the sales team
Requirements
  1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  2. Strong interest in marketing, business development, or SaaS technology
  3. Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/BM is a bonus)
  4. Comfortable using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  5. Proactive, willing to learn, and not afraid to communicate with people
  6. Basic understanding of digital marketing or sales is an advantage
