Job Description
  • Responsible for administering HR matters including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, employees’ benefits & performance management.
  • Manage monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and forecast for staff cost.
  • Facilitate all recruitment, orientation, and on-boarding activities.
  • Handle payroll operations including payroll calculations and allowances.
  • Review and update employee handbook, organization chart if necessary.
  • Provide care and support for employee’s engagement and welfare activities.
Responsibilities
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia labour legislation (employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills with attention to details.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin).
  • A good leader, positive attitude, mission-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and able to work in a team.
