Job Description
  • Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
  • Generate and qualify leads for custom software, web, and mobile app projects via digital outreach and networking.
  • Conduct client discovery meetings to understand technical requirements and business goals.
  • Work closely with VeecoTech’s technical and project teams to craft effective proposals and quotations.
  • Present tailored solutions to decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CIOs, Heads of IT/Marketing).
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms to close deals aligned with company margins.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive account growth and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with VeecoTech’s revenue goals.
  • Represent VeecoTech at industry events, expos, and digital platforms to expand market presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or software solution selling.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, digital products, and technical sales.
  • Proven track record in closing mid-to-large custom software, mobile app, or web development deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—comfortable with C-level discussions.
  • Strong CRM skills to manage pipelines, sales activities, and forecasting.
  • Highly organized, goal-driven, and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work closely with project and technical teams to translate business needs into proposals.
  • Willingness to travel across Malaysia for client meetings and events.
  • Ability to adapt sales strategies based on evolving market and client feedback.
