Business Analyst

Job Description

Work as an integral part of the software/system project development team, contributing to the planning and execution of development tasks.
Support the testing team by assisting with software functionality and technical testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
Conduct thorough analysis and drive idea generation for the development of new software systems or enhancements to existing systems.
Assist in designing new systems by analyzing user requirements, constructing workflow charts, and creating diagrams to visualize system processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed system requirements (SRS) and create screen mockups for new software systems or system upgrades.
Conduct impact analysis to evaluate how changes or new systems will affect the existing infrastructure and user operations.
Work closely with project managers to ensure that project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met, while maintaining technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Designs new system by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities.
Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases.
Develop detailed system requirements (SRS) and screen mockups, conduct Technical Review, and Impact Analyst.
Collaborate with the development team to make sure all aspects are delivered on time.
To control solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers.
Validates results by testing programs.
Work closely with programmers, developers, testers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experienced working with application programming interface (API).
Possess mixture of technical expertise & management skills.
Knowledge in PHP and C# is a plus.
Result-driven and customer focused.
Good knowledge in front-end development.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible, able to work in a team.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin).
