Job Description
  • Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes.
  • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
  • Customer-oriented at all times to retain clients and improve sales revenue and respond to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature.
  • Conduct cold calling to create interest in IT products & services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast future sales, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Provide technical advice on software solutions and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing, or other specialist areas.
  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
  • Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
  • Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
  • Assemble product displays in each market and determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, account management or related subject, or comparable combination of education and experience.
  • A Computer Science graduate is a plus.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar position responsible.
  • Outstanding communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of various sales practices (cross-selling, prospecting, direct sales).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
  • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.
  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers’ needs and concerns.
  • Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
